According to EjePrime, Vukile increases thus its share to 80%. Currently, Morze European Real Estate Ventures is the only other company which has a share above 5% on Castellana Properties.
Concurrently, Vukile intends to inject around 600 million euro in its Spanish REIT in order to list it in the continuous Stock Exchange this year. Before that, the company expects to reach a 1.500 million euro asset portfolio.
