Student Residence VStudent Seville
The construction license was already issued by the city hall. The new unit will have 23.840 sqm, of which 21.000 sqm will be destined for the student residence and around 2.300 sqm to a commercial area to be handed over to the Seville Municipality. In total, the new residence will offer 662 rooms with 685 beds, 203 parking spots and common areas and services such as study rooms, gym, cinema, recreational areas, café, laundry, as well as a panoramic terrace with swimming pool.
This new unit will be built on a terrain belonging to Portaceli college. According to the press release, fund VStudent Aulis agreed with the owner of the terrain the transfer of its surface right for the next 50 years. The terrain is located next to the city’s university campus, in front of the Psychology and Philosophy faculties and a few metres away from the EUSA campus and the Economy and Law faculties.
The opening of the student residence is expected for September 2022 and it should be managed by LIV Student an operational brand from Valeo Management Europe, a company specialised in operating student residences with experience in the United States and the United Kingdom.
