The investments will be made mainly in Madrid and Barcelona, continuing with the growth plan of the socimi made by Renta and the APG fund, which will be public next year.
For now, the company has invested nearly €200 million with which it has built a portfolio that exceeds one thousand houses under management.
Recently it had agreed with a disbursement of 130 million in the acquisition of five residential buildings in Madrid, and is expected to reach €253 million in investment in the short term.
The goal for the next five years is to reach an investment volume of €1,500 million.
In 2017, Renta gained a profit of €12.5 million, the triple of the amount generated the previous year. During the past year, the company entered €45.8 million, 71% more than in 2016, due to the increased sale of real estate and project management.
