The properties are located in the municipalities of Alcorón and Campo Real, totaling 18,521m2. One of them is a building of 139 dwellings with average surface of 65 m2 and 173 places of parking, 97,8% occupied, in Alcorón.
The other two properties, with 2.874m2, are in the center of Campo Real, 30 km from Madrid, counting with 27 houses of 65 m2 and parking.
This is the 4th operation that the Socimi executes in just 7 months, according to the Spanish Real Estate, having already invested a total of €93 million in residential complexes in the suburbs of Madrid.
