This was one of the main news advanced by Renta Corporación – which controls the REIT – in a release issued this Thursday. Three of these assets are still in the process of being acquired, although the agreement for their purchase has already been sealed, according to the document.
One of the latest operations took place in October and concerns the purchase of building Padilla 41 in Madrid for 18 million euro.
Expectations for the end of the year seem to be encouraging for Renta, since it is expected to «close the year with returns nearing 20 million euro and to reach the goal set in its strategic plan with one year in advance», stated David Vila, Renta Corporación’s CEO.
Currently, Renta’s portfolio is worth 193 million euro, which represents a 49% increase when compared to the closing of 2018. To this amount should also be added the assets managed for sale together with real estate funds for an estimated investment of 35 million euro.
