The two assets – which belonged to a family office from Madrid – are constituted by dwellings and shops and have a total combined area of 21.500 sqm, reveals Eje Prime. One of them has 140 apartments and 18 shops and is located at Avenida San Luis. The other has 80 dwellings and 2 shops and is located at Calle Hermosilla.
With this investment, the REIT specialised in developing, acquiring and managing residential buildings for rental, reached 800 million euro in investment on a 3.500 dwelling portfolio. But its goal is to go even further and reach at least 1.500 million euro in assets next year.
