Víveme – through its co-op Casalar – closed this purchase with public entity Sepes, revealed El Economista in its print edition. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The complex to be built on that location – designed by studio Enrique Álvarez-Sala –should include 194 protected houses and several common areas such as pool, areas for children, green areas, gym, social areas, among others.
The construction works are expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2022, according to the same newspaper.
