This area of business represents 1.28 million euro for Vitruvio, according to the company and has a yield of 9,3%, the highest of all its areas of business. The assets are located in the Mercamadrid and Yunquera de Henares area, near Guadajara.
Despite that, the company’s idea is to focus on the residential market, according to La Información, since the REIT considers this a «safer» investment, despite the diversification of its portfolio guaranteeing more returns to the investors: «the residential market has a smaller capacity to generate recurrent return, except if we take more risks», notes the REIT leader, Joaquín López-Chicheri.
