This 1.788 sqm office building, should be repurposed and integrated within the developer’s luxury housing project for that same street: the Caledonian Javier Ferrero by Marcio Kogan.
Numbers 1-7 and 11-13 at Calle Javier Ferrero in Madrid are also part of the project which should be finished by 2021. This project alone represents an investment – which Caledonian will do together with fund Autonomy – of around 63 million euro, according to El Economista this Thursday. It will include 100 new houses, a gym, an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and several green areas.
