Next Wednesday, 19th of June, is the deadline for Vitruvio’s shareholders to decide whether they will pay around 32 million euro for the REIT specialised in retail areas, it can be read in the release available at Mercado Alternativo Bursátil.
If Vitruvio goes through with this operation, it will add 45 million euro to its current portfolio – which is already worth 160 million euro –, in particular in retail.
Currently, Vitruvio acts in different sectors: housing (37%), retail (27%), offices (24%) and logistic warehouses (12%), according to the REIT’s latest data.
