Meanwhile, Vía Célere also kicked-start the trading of the Doña Julia residential project, comprised by 104 houses in Casares on the Costa del Sol.
The promoter follows its growth plan in this part of Spain, planning to deliver all the properties in the third quarter of 2020. Prices start at €181,200.
The Eje Prime points out that Vía Célere currently has a land portfolio of 1.4 million m2 of building land, equivalent to 12,200 houses.
