This new type of flat, which will be implemented in the Célere Las Rosas development has a movable partition and drop-down multifunctional furniture integrated in the walls, so that the house can be adapted to the its tenant’s needs at any given moment.
MagicHouse has two adaptable rooms, since, through a movable partition which includes electrical installation and telecoms, a new room can be created by reducing the available space in the living room. The integration of the furniture on the walls allows for the user to always have a more comfortable space according to his needs. This is complemented by the fact that the house is fully equiped.
The introduction of this innovative product in Spain, with an initial investment of 1.250.000€ and the involvement of a team of 40 people, answers a demand detected by Vía Célere from the urban population, for spaces more flexible and adaptable to their way of life. This is particularly relevant for some segments of the population such as young people, single-parent families, newly divorced and middle aged widows.
Initially, Vía Célere will sell eight houses of this type in its Célere las Rosas development for 190.000€.
