Acquired last February by six funds led by Värde Partners, Vía Célere now acquired nine lands with a buildable area of 212,016 m2 and where they can construct 1,907 new houses. These are spread over Madrid (Barajas and Pozuelo, with 89.100 m² buildable and capacity for 828 new houses) and Cataluña (Barcelona and Girona, with capacity for 242 houses), and the remaining buildable 105.000 m² are divided by Valencia, Seville, Malaga, Tenerife and La Corunha, where will be constructed 837 homes.
Following the contribution of funds from the new shareholders, Vía Célere set itself the goal of investing between €200 million and €250 million, per year, until 2023, in order to maintain a construction rate of around 3,000 homes per year. To 2017 the forecast is to start building 1,800 units.
