In particular, the company shall develop as from next year 46,500 m2 of residential and commercial land in Oeiras, 11kms from Lisbon. The development will provide up to 276 houses for the Portuguese residential supply.

The land where the project will be developed is from a portfolio taken over by Vía Célere after the recent merger with Dospuntos developer.
