The information was provided by a company source to EjePrime, according to which the company is currently working on integrating Aelca’s real estate assets, after the merger which turned it into the housing real estate company with more assets in Spain.
Vía Célere should develop 24.600 dwellings in the next few years, on more than 2.9 million buildable sqm of a portfolio estimated at 2.300 million euro.
It currently has 90 developments being marketed and it should launch a further 20 before the end of the year.
