The project will be developed in Lordelo do Ouro, on plots owned by the Spanish developer, according to EjePrime, in a total of 6.114 m², which became part of the company after the merger with Dospuntos.
According to the president of Vía Célere, Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado, "it is the moment to move forward with the development of new projects in Portugal. Due to its sustainable economic growth and growing consumer confidence and purchasing power, in a context of greater access to financing with low interest rate, the Portuguese market is an opportunity for real estate investment," he said during the presentation of the project.
In Oeiras, the company will build 276 houses, whose construction starts in the second semester of the year, taking place in 4 phases. The first comprises the development of 15,800 m² of construction and 120 houses.
