On one hand there’s the acquisition of 21,000 m2 for €7.6 million at Getafe, Madrid, for the development of 158 single-family houses. In Sevilla, Vía Célere will include 150,000 m2 of buildable land, which will allow the development of up to 1,700 new multi-family houses. The investment in this operation will reach €26.5 million. Finally, the company also includes 4,400 m2 of land in Valladolid for €2 million, where it will build up to 39 multi-family houses.
With this investment, financed by funds raised from shareholders of the company, Via Célere reinforce the geographic diversification of its land portfolio and its role as a leader in Spain regarding the development of residential projects.
Since the beginning of the year, Via Célere has added to its portfolio 393,000 m2 more of buildable land, which will allow to contribute to Spanish residential supply with 3,800 houses. The cumulative investment in the year of purchase of new land raise up to €130 million.
