It was through Coral Homes & Buildingcenter that CaixaBank and Lonestar closed the sale of these 2 buildings this Wednesday, which represent a total of 86 offices, 17 commercial spaces and 312 parking spots, according to the release sent to Mercado Alternativo Bursátil.
This is, according to newspaper Expansión, one of the largest operations of this type ever within the Valencian Community. The two office buildings are located at number 5 in Parque Tática de Paterna park and have 26.152 sqm, of which 17.585 sqm correspond to buildable areas.
«The acquisition was financed in 45% by shareholder’s loans, in 5% by the company’s own available funds and in 50% by a mortgage loan signed with Caixabank», mentioned the same release.
