Valliance is mandated to sell real estate portfolio in the center of Madrid

Valliance, a real estate servicer specialized in the investment market, has currently a new mandate that promises to revive the activity on Gran Via in Madrid, involving the sale of a real estate portfolio composed of three residential assets and five commercial assets.

The assets are located in a property from 1923, located between Plaza de Callao and Plaza de España, and is currently owned by a family office from Madrid.

"The shortage of assets of this type for sale in Gran Via makes this portfolio a good investment opportunity," explains Belén Diaz, general director of Valliance in Spain.
