Unibail-Rodamco accepts €489M offer from Vukile

Unibail-Rodamco announced this week it has accepted the offer of €489 million from the South African fund Vukile for 4 of its Spanish shopping centers, among them El Faro in Badajoz, Sur Bay, Cadiz, Los Arcos in Seville , and Vallsur, in Valladolid.

According to EjePrime, this transaction was advised by C&W and Clifford Chance, who represented the seller, and by Deloitte and the Ashurst law firm representing Vukile.

Unibail-Rodamco will, thus, keep 8 commercial spaces in Spain.
