This new student residence will have a total of 456 units of different typologies, spread across 10 floors above the ground, in a total buildable area of 14.000 sqm. The project is signed by architectural office PG Arquitetos Associados.
The residence will follow the concept developed by U.Hub based on comfort, well-being and safety integrating the living functions of sleeping, staying and studying. The common areas of support for leisure, work and study as well as laundry room, storage and cleaning areas will be located on the lower floors.The residence will also have 57 parking spots for cars, bicycles and motor bikes.
Gabriel Couto is the company in charge of construction and Tecnoplano is the company in charge of inspecting the construction works.
U.Hub Investments, which features Jaime Antunes, Hugo Gonçalves Pereira and asset management company Atrium, has an investment plan for Lisbon and Porto for the next few years. In 2021, U.Hub wants to lead the student residences segment in Portugal, adding 1.700 rooms and suites, in a total investment of 60 million euro, as it announced in April, quoted by Expresso.
