Tristan Capital and Zaphir buy the Isla de Chamartín for €103M

This office complex comprises 4 buildings which were owned by Bami, run by Lone Star. In 2014, the fund bought from the Eurohypo bank a portfolio of mortgages worth 630 million euros, in which these properties were included and those making up the Complejo Adequa. Finally, the new creditor implemented the mortgage guarantees and got the office properties, explains Spanish Real Estate.

The office complex is situated in the Avenida de Manoteras, 20 an area of 38,134 square metres of lettable area and 930 parking spaces.

The same source reveals that the Zaphir fund, managed by Aguirre Newman, also transferred to its portfolio logistics assets from Neinver and Colony and shops from a family office, however, it now looks to invest again. Tristan Capital is a UK fund which makes investments in various European countries.
