A deal with twists and turns similar to those last summer, with the buying and selling of the Gran Via centre.
Situated in one of the most highly priced streets in Madrid, Preciados has an area of 1,700 m² and covers five floors above ground and a basement. While the amount involved in the deal has not yet been divulged, the consultants for the buyer were Cushman & Wakefield and the lawyers’ society Pérez Llorca.
The entrepreneur reached the agreement for the purchase last summer, when it was agreed that the deal would be finalised by December 2016. However, the signing of the completion contract ended up by not taking place on the prearranged date, and only happened a few days ago.
