The Spanish bad bank decided to accelerate the REIT’s competitive formal sale process, after having received probing offers from these two Amercian funds, according to Expansión. The company plans to sell an eventual majority share of Témpore, which is currently 99% controlled by Sareb.
After the capital increase currently under way, the REIT will have a portfolio of 3.357 units, of which 2.268 are dwellings estimated at nearly 325 million euro.
