The operation increased by 25% the company’s business volume expected for 2021 in Germany, the group’s second-largest European market.
Persch Consult GmbH Chartered Surveyors has offices in six German cities and in Copenhagen (Denmark). Specialised in real estate asset valuation, due diligence processes and consultancy, Persch Consult GmbH Chartered Surveyors works with «all the German big Banks and savings banks» and it is a company licensed to perform assessments under the RICS international standard. The company has 40 people on its staff.
Tinsa entered the German market in 2019 with the purchase of on-geo, the country’s largest assessment and data software company. Persch Consult GmbH Chartered Surveyors expects reaching 2021 with revenues of eight million euro, which will increase up to 37 million euro the group’s entire business revenue in Germany, which is the second country where the company is more active. Tinsa will reach nearly 200 employees in the country, of the more than 1.200 working for the group all over the world.

Persch Consult GmbH Chartered Surveyors will remain operating under its current brand and the same local management team, led by its founder and CEO, Nikolaus Persch. «To be a part of group Tinsa is an opportunity to keep growing and to integrate new ways of working which will allow us to provide a better service for our clients», stated Nikolaus Persch.
Internationalisation and digital transformation have been the pillars for Tinsa’s growth, which is currently «one of the largest independent assessment groups in the world», it revealed in a release. In 2021, the international activity will represent more than 50% of the group’s business, which has offices in 15 countries: Germany, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru and Portugal.
