According to Auraree and Planta Doce, this is the 5th senior residence the company acquires in Spain, joining the ones it already owns in Tarragona, Ibiza, Burgos and Sant Cugat del Vallés. It has 147 beds and a total 6.000 sqm.
The unit will be managed by brand Colisée, one of the segment’s largest groups in Europe.
