Thor Equities adjudicated to CBRE and Estrada & Partners the co-exclusive marketing of two logistics platfroms located in Sectors 4 and 5 of Pinto, in Madrid.
The warehouses have a concrete structure and LED lighting, as well as a height of 10 meters. In adittion, the assets have 7.702 sqm and 8.950 sqm, of which almost 301 sqm and 600 sqm will be for offices, respectively.
