The company has trusted the sale of the assets to the consulting firms Savills Aguirre Newman and Estrada & Partners.
The warehouse with the largest footage, with a surface area of 10,500 sqm, is located in Argentona, specifically in the Polígono Industrial Nord. It is a property with large patios for maneuvering and with 15 loading docks. It has offices and a dining room, among other facilities. It also has a silo with shelves for 16,900 pallets.
The other warehouse is located in the Llobregat Industrial Park, in Castellbisbal and has a surface area of 4,900 sqm. This property is being renovated to adapt and update the spaces. It has excellent accesses and connections with the AP-7 and A-2, with Barcelona city, the port and the airport. Regarding the facilities, it has large patios to maneuver, 5 loading docks, offices and a dining room, as well as a ventilated floor that allows the adaptation of the property for activities that require cold storage.
Investment activities
In November, the investment fund bought a logistics portfolio in Barcelona and Seville from a national family office. Thor also closed last November the purchase of a logistics warehouse and land for a new development in the La Postura industrial estate in Valdemoro (Madrid). The asset was owned by a private investor and is occupied by SEAT.
The logistics real estate market in Spain closed 2020 with a volume of investment in logistics projects that exceeds 970 million euros, according to the consultancy and valuation firm Gloval. And according to the transactions registered by Iberian Property, Thor Equities group reached a 50 million euro investment in Spain during 2020.
