The architectural complex of Torre Sevilla, a CaixaBank project in which it has invested more than €320 million, will inaugurate the last of the five units that comprise it: the office tower, the Eurostars Torre Sevilla hotel, CaixaForum Sevilla, Magellan Park and the Torre Sevilla shopping center.
This space, which according to its promoters has already exceeded 85% of its commercialization, expects to attract eight million visits per year thanks to its distinctive offer of fashion, culture and gastronomy, and its privileged location within the architectural complex, near the neighborhood of Triana and ten minutes walking from the historical-monumental center.
This opening emerges as a unique shopping alternative in the heart of Seville, thanks to the wide commercial offer that combines the taste of the most traditional streets of the city with the modernity and proximity to a natural environment.
In the fashion proposal, highlights the first Primark urban shop in Seville, as well as other major fashion and accessories operators such as Mango, Women'secret, Springfield, Hunkemöller, Calzedonia, Tezenis, Foot Locker and JD Sport; and the Andalusian signs Mayoral, Marypaz and Aromas.
Fnac has also announced its presence in the shopping. In addition, Torre Sevilla shopping center will host, on its second floor, the first premium fitness center of YO10 Sport in the capital of Andalusia, with more than 2,500 m2 of state-of-the-art facilities.
