The price of new houses in Spain has experienced an increase of 5% in the annual average, the highest increase since 2007, with prices in cities such as Barcelona and Madrid approaching pre-crisis levels. Although the variation is not consistent throughout the territory, the report points out that price reductions are no longer experienced in any of the analyzed populations.
For 2018 the Appraisal Society expects a constant and soft evolution of the average prices throughout the national territory that will oscillate around 5%, a number that will probably be overcome in some provincial capitals.
