The inter-annual variation registered this month (10%) is the third highest registered in 2017: in May has risen 10.5%, in April has risen 10.2% and in August 10%.
On a monthly level the price of housing rental decreases -0.1% in august and stands at €9.07/m2 per month. This drop is the third in a row registered on a monthly level.
On the other hand, the average price for July (8.08 €/m2 per month) bring us back to the data of November 2010, when the rental price was at 8.10 €/m2 per month. Since it reached the top price in May 2007 (10.12 €/m2 per month) the housing price has a total drop of -20,3%.
