The integral renewal of Plaza Mayor, the improvement of restoration offer, the improvement of the accesses and the changes of uses and extensions to be made will serve to update and improve the image and offer of the center.
The renewal will consist of four lines of action. First, the Plaza de Azahar, which is currently located next to Media Markt, will be reformed with the aim of expanding the current commercial offer. Also, a new high quality gourmet space will be created, which will complement the existing gastronomic offer. This new area will be located in part of the space currently occupied by cinemas, which will pass from 20 to 14 rooms. On the other hand, the fashion offer will be expanded and the logistics areas will be optimized to increase the sales area of the current operators and, finally, an integral reform will be carried out, with a decoration more integrated in the concept "Andalusian town", improving the customer experience, in addition to the improvement of all access, both for pedestrians and vehicles.
