This procedure will allow the lifting of the suspension of the building permits which had been applied by the municipality of Madrid. The municipality of Madrid and the Junta de Compensación de Valdebebas (Compensation Board of Valdebebas) have worked in tandem to follow the required demands.
After months of inactivity in Valdebebas, the municipality of Madrid gave the green light for the construction of infrastructures which will service one of the most important urban developments in Spain. With more than 10 million square metres, Valdebebas has a population of more than 18.000 people. With this reparcellation project’s approval, the municipality of Madrid has provided for a development for which more than 5.000 dwellings were already delivered and 2.800 are being constructed.
Besides the residential use, Valdebebas has a tertiary use through Valdebebas Fintech District, one of the most awarded projects of the year for its worth in brand building and its repercussion in terms of the value of its tertiary uses.
