Unlike other quarters, when rental deals concerning large areas were made with companies like Amazon or UPS, the average area per transaction for the third quarter was around 6.000 m2. These transactions concern warehouses which were refurbished or adapted to meet the logistic clients’ needs.
To be precise, the third quarter of 2018 closed with a total of 103.000 m2 concerning 16 operations, of which 12 were rentals and 4 were purchases. During the whole year so far, the number of transactions was 52, more than the 48 registered during the entire year of 2017.
