The approval of the Madrid city hall defines and completes the existing infrastructures in the Valdebebas area, in compliance with the provisions of current planning, after the revision approved in 2013.
After months of institutional paralysis in the area of Valdebebas, the Madrid City Council gives green light to the execution of infrastructures that will serve one of the most important urban developments in Spain. With an area of more than 10 million square meters, Valdebebas has a population of more than 18,000 people.
The Madrid City Council provides legal security to this urban development in which there are already more than 5,000 homes and 2,800 in execution and development.
Valdebebas consolidates its residential area and strengthens its tertiary area, placing on the market the largest offer of business land in the Community of Madrid. With 1.2 million square meters, Valdebebas Fintech District aims to become the new financial city of Madrid.
