In detail, 1,278 investors closed via crowdfunding a deal of 1.8 million, bringing in funds to the value of 1.2 million. The remainder was achieved with a mortgage of 600,000 euros. The project was financed in 54 days. It is also the biggest crowdfunding operation ever carried out in Spain.
The residential building is situated in the Tetuán district of Madrid. The project consists of 10 houses, with 10 parking places, garden and swimming pool, divided into units of 1,200 square metres.
After the purchase of the land, construction should begin at the beginning of the month following the granting of the license by the city council. It will take 24 months. The houses can be put on sale the moment that work begins. According to the conservative estimate from Housers, a gross profit of 30.81% will be made from the sale, and it is calculated that 2.3 million euros will be made from the sale of all the houses.
Housers continue diversifying their real estate projects, with new building plans, aimed at the regeneration of urban centres, especially in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Palma de Mallorca.
