The average price of urban land increased 1.8% in Q2

The average price of m2 of land, in the second quarter of 2017, reached 1.8% in year-on-year rate at €166.4, according to the Land Price Statistics published by Ministry of Development. Comparing to the previous quarter, the average price of m2 showed a decrease of 0.7%.

In the areas with more than 50,000 inhabitants, the average price of the m² reached 11.7% in year-on-year rate, positioning at €326.3 per m².
