TH Real Estate purchase the supermarket at the Islazul shopping center

<p>TH Real Estate has completed the acquisition of the supermarket located at the Islazul mall from E.Leclerc French society. This acquisition will allow the TH Real estate (that purchased the mall in 2014) to manage 100% of the asset and provide 19.327 m² of extra space to new operators.</p>

The transaction includes refinancing of the shopping center. The amount was not disclosed.

With 260.000 m² built, Islazul has a GLA (gross leasable area) of 90.000 m² and 4.100 parking spaces.
