Testa will be listed on MAB with more than €1,800M

Testa, a socimi from Santander, BBVA, Merlin and Acciona Inmobiliária, will be listed at the MAB in the coming weeks with more than 10,000 houses in portfolio.

After several delays, with an exit price of €13.86 per share, the company quotes valued at more than €1,800 million.

According to EjePrime, by the size of its residential portfolio, this will be the second largest socimi with this market capitalization.
