The terrains have a 68.000 sqm buildable area and are located within the Anillo Mediterráneo of the Catalan city.
According to Eje Prime, the assets were negotiated with several different owners. Banco Sabadell and Tarragona’s municipality are two examples.
This is Ten Brinke’s second investment in Spain this year. In February it invested in Ciempozuelos (Madrid), where it bought a 50.000 sqm terrain. In it, the company will also develop a new commercial complex.
