These operations should be closed by the end of next month and, according to Eje Prime, will be carried out in Spanish regions where the company already invests, such as Mallorca and Ibiza.
The British company currently has 30 housing developments being marketed and 4 more being developed, which represents a 48.4 million euro investment and 140 new dwellings. According to the same newspaper, three of these complexes are being built in Mallorca and one in Ibiza.
During six decades in Spain, the British company already has more than 6.000 dwellings on its portfolio.
