According to Spanish Real Estate, the agency had bid for €240,000 the adequacy of the building, which is vacant since 2016. Given the need of a complete regeneration of the building, the agency end up by constructing a large complex near the shopping center Aqua.
The idea is to monetize this building on the real estate market, compensating the financial effort that will be necessary for the new project, placing it on the market with the minimal safety requirements for their marketing, leaving the bulk of the investment required for the new owner.
