Tamdis rented a 1.300 sqm warehouse within logistic platform Plaza, located in Zaragoza. The company’s offices will occupy approximately 100 sqm.

The lease was carried out in one of the few risky platforms currently available at PLAZA and in Zaragoza. The operators valued the warehouse in a very positive way, in particular for its modularity and the quality of its facilities», assured Joaquín Chéliz, from CBRE Zaragoza’s Industrial Department.
CBRE advised the company. «Tamdis’ lease continues the positive path followed in 2020, when we contracted twice as much areas as in 2019. Our expectations for 2021, are to consolidate what we achieved in 2020, and to approach 150.000 sqm. We believe it is very important to provide the market with quality offer with the development of new projects, especially within the most in demand areas such as Plaza», explained Miguel Ángel Gómez, the consultant’s director in Zaragoza.
