Syllabus is negotiating new acquisitions in other Spanish cities such as Barcelona, Granada, Seville and Pamplona, since they are cities in high demand by university students, Syllabus also plans to acquire assets in Italy and Portugal. Currently it has projects in Madrid, Malaga and Valencia which, together with the one in Salamanca, make up a portfoilio or more than 2.000 rooms under development.
«Our goal is to develop projects which become experiences for the students, boosting and feeding their personal and academic growth beyond the campus», remarked Jeffrey Sújar, CEO of Syllabus by Urbania.
