The company will build from scratch an avant-garde building of 4,600 m2 on an existing site on Calle Cerrrojo, number 12, a short distance from the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral of Malaga.
Its 143 rooms will be individual and will be distributed around a central courtyard with garden. Students will also enjoy an outdoor recreation area on the rooftop, with views to the Cathedral of Malaga, and study areas, coworking, game area, cafeteria and gym.
According to the CEO of Syllabus by Urbania, Jeffrey Sújar, "our proposal is a university residence designed for students, versatile and comfortable, with all the services they may need, and an ideal location to live and coexist, as is the centre Historic of Malaga". The project is currently in the drafting phase, and the works could start next autumn.
