The agreement includes, among others, the marketing, administration and full management of the properties, for which Greystar will form and allocate an exclusive team for Syllâbus’s residences.
Jeffrey Sújar, Syllâbus by Urbania’s CEO, explained that, with this new step, the company incorporates into its offer Greystar’s vast experience in managing this type of buildings. «We are convinced that this agreement with Greystar will allow us to develop to its fullest the new residence concept on which we invested since the beginning, spaces which are much more than student accommodation, focusing in creating an integral concept».
Juan Manuel Acosta, Managing Director at Greystar España, stated that «we are very happy with Syllâbus by Urbania’s addition to our operations’ portfolio. Managing the residences of this important operator reinforces, without a doubt, our leading position within the Spanish student residences’ sector».
The agreement allocates the assets’ management to one of the world’s most important specialists. Greystar, founded in 1993, already manages 118.500 student beds all over the world, 50.000 of which in the United Kingdom, Holland and Spain.
