The project is one of the most important logistics operations that have been carried out in the region and will be the largest logistics development in Andalusia of this large capacity format with a total area of approximately 100,000 sqm of GLA in three large boxes. The logistics center will respond to the unsatisfied demand for quality warehouses in Seville, where no large logistics promotions have been carried out for at least a decade.
Sevilla Green Logistics Park will accommodate all types of operations from a strategic logistics point for the city and the region, located in a sector with a high latent demand for logistics product and low availability of quality product and new developments. It is located just 10 km from the center of the capital, in Alcalá de Guadaíra, with direct connection to the A92, quick access to SE30 and SE40, the ring roads of the capital, to the A4 on arrival from Madrid and departure to Cádiz, and the most populated municipalities of Seville (Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaíra, Utrera, Carmona and La Rinconada).
The rental marketing of this logistics big box has been already initiated by real estate consultants Savills Aguirre Newman and CBRE.
Sevilla Green Logistics will be the forerunner of the concept of sustainable logistics in Andalusia, since it will be developed under standards of energy efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain, thus helping to reduce CO2 emissions. Likewise, all the project ships will have installed photovoltaic panels on their roofs and will be developed under the most advanced efficiency certifications, such as the BREEAM certificate, the first to be obtained in the region for this type of property, which allows taking a step forward in the logistics market throughout Andalusia, ranking at the head of the most important and best logistics developments in Europe.
