In order to become a student residence, the building underwent a refurbishment process in the last months estimated at 2.5 million euro, which increased the number of bedrooms and the adaptation of the common areas so as to meet the needs of its new tenants.
For Joaquín Castellví, founding partner & head of acquisitions at Stoneweg «this new acquisition shows, once again, that Stoneweg bets on unique buildings to which we continue adding value. We will remain alert to similar opportunities so as to keep growing in a continuous and sustainable fashion», he added.
