The portfolio, called the Heritage portfolio by the Spanish press, has 5 assets and belonged until now to American Oaktree and German Freo. Consultant CBRE advised this operation.
Four of these office buildings are located in Madrid and only one is located in Barcelona. Together they represent an area of 78.428 sqm and 1323 parking spots, mentions newspaper Expansión in its print edition.
Two of these assets are located at number 4 and 6 in Calle Julián Camarillo in Madrid. The other two assets in Madrid are located at number 44 Manoteras avenue and number 13 Valportillo Primera. In the Catalonian capital, the company has a business park located at numbers 21,23 and 25 in Calle Samontá, according to the same newspaper.
These buildings are leased to several tenants such as companies BBVA, CACF and Optimus.
