The information was advanced by consultant JLL, which advised the Portuguese fund management company in this operation. The Lighthouse Group was advised by consultant RPE.
This shopping centre is located at number 32 Rua D. José da Cruz Moreira Pinto in Viseu, and it has 44.000 sqm, of which 19.500 sqm correspond to its commercial area. The Fórum Viseu also has a parking lot for 800 vehicles, according to its official webpage. It is currently managed by Multi and it has 48 stores amongst which a Pingo Doce supermarket and NOS cinemas.
According to data from the Comissão de Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (Portuguese Securities Market Commission), this operation was concluded on the 6th of March and its value was added to the first quarter’s real estate investment, which, according to JLL, reached 1.470 million euro.
This operation was carried out by Square AM’s fund CA Patrimonio Crescente, the second to be carried out in 2020 alone. The first was the acquisition of Fórum Castelo Branco, for which the management company paid 20.35 million euro to German real estate management company Patrizia.
